A little help please !!!
I'm at a stall and I'm on and off the scale everyday so what do you think I weigh in at six pm and at 9:30 the next morning down 3 1/2 lbs maintaining fluid not getting enough liquid and to much sodium I knew better I was slipping up. Because I have been busy outside in between the rainy weather trying to get the house painted and the yard clean up. So it back to me time and timer,measuring cup,spoons,scales. And I'm out 1 1/2 years in a few weeks. I just have to start back at 0NE. I was at a Plato for weeks and the feet was thick then I start thinking what I was doing. Everything is going to fall back into place.

Bacl slowly away from the scale. This is normal. Keep doing what you're doing and you will see the weight come off. Yes, it is a sign of your body catching up and adjusting. Your body is saying "HEY, where did all that extra body weight go?" So don't worry -- the weight will come off.

Hey Kecia!!!! Make SURE you are getting your protein in! That's KEY! I used to do 80/80s when I was 6 weeks to 1 year out - 80g protein, 80 oz of water each day. I found that the more protein and water I focused on, the more my loss would continue - also, exercise is key.
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
