Calmed down little bit! The scale will move. First thing! You gonna run yourself crazy looking at the darn scale. You body has to figure where it is. It needs to figure out what has happened, give it time to do what it does naturally. If you think about your body has been invaded your stomach has been disconnected and now the intestines has been reroute. C'mon major trauma to the the digestive system, the stomach organs and the intestinal tract. It has to adjust. You are not well or heal by any means you are progressingly getting better everyday. With that said being said you lose lots of fluids and waste and stuff first and then the pounds begin to fall off. You are just strong enough to really begin your physical fitness, watch what happens in the next couple of weeks.
Some people start off slow but finish fast. some start fast and finish slow. you have to know you and you need to be patient with you. Dont be a slave to the scale we did not gain the weight overnight and we should not expect it off over night. My advice calm down thank the lord you had it through the initial period and you pay attention to your intake your protein intake.
most important things to count....not lbs on the scale but oz of water, grams of protein, minutes of exercise and all supplements= successful journey. Take it from someone who start well did well but has not finished yet because of self sabotage....I wish you well.

Trust me I have driven myself crazy the past 2 weeks looking at the scale. I am only 3weeks post op and I felt the same way, like the scales just were'nt moving. Lee is right, the scales will move. I weighed 253 last saturday and didnt lose anything throughout the week. I was so frustrated. I got on the scale this morning and i was 248. Just keep taking in your water and protien
Calm down..lol I'm laughing becasue you so sound like me a few years ago on this board. I was on that scale about 5 times a day, no lie. I was driving myself NUTS! I agree with everything Pastor said. Body gotta catch up. You can't loose pounds and inches at da same time. So even though scale is not moving I bet your still loosing inches. Sometimes my scale would not move for weeks then BAM in one week I would drop 10lbs. Amazing! So relax and get ready for the ride. You have have done great with what you have alreay lost.
