DAY 31, P90X PLUS PHASE 2 HAS BEGUN RELUCTANTLY

Morning Yall
Even though I have lost a significant amount of my motivation, I still got up this morning and started Phase 2. When you don't want to workout it is so difficult to motivate yourself to do it. But I did do it.
I am going to try to work on getting myself back in the right place today. I will go over to the P90X board and call up my P90X counselor for some extra motivation. I need to do something and quick before I quit all together.
I think once school is finally over I will feel better, I'm just not dealing well with my stress this semester and it affecting me.
But I did it and I hope you all did too.

You can't slack, you are my motivation also. I won't quit but I won't lie either. I am so done right now but like I said once school is over I think things will change for me.
My motivation isn't as high as usual but i'm trying to work out that.
we both can do it April, and Michelle too.

Hi Lee!
Congrats on starting phase II! Keep up the good work! Yes, I did my 25 min (morning boost) but I haven't completed my 3 miles on the treadmill. I'm still trying to motivate myself to do that, I'm feeling you on the motivation (or lack of it). I'm gonna keep trying to go down those stairs and walk on the treadmill, I'm gonna do it before the evening is over!
