I'm still in it and my water and vitamins are on point.

But, my eating has all but disappeared so, I am starting with broth tonight in hopes of stimulating an appetite.

Exercise has been good today I rode 26k on the bike and it felt great now I am just exhausted.

I have the worse time keeping things down or even remembering to eat and then I be too damn tired to eat.  So, I am trying again.  I don't really know why but you are right it is my only real issue trying to eat.

I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

Hey MM, I'm on top of my game today. I got 400z in so far plus my protein. I went and worked out for the first time today, and it shole felt good! Cant wait til monday so I can work with a trainer!

  good job with your first workout - that trainer will be KEY to helping you focus on what you need to do - i had one as soon as I got back in the gym after surgery myself!!
