I want to send out a big thank you for the foot in the butt for some reason i work better when there is a foot in my butt.i am talking all the advice,suggestions,pointers,and the cussin oh yes the cussin lol im taking it all in. my brothers and sisters i really appreciate your support. because i know this road i am traveling will be long and trying at times and temptation will come as well. but i will remain on course.

i want to take this time to say congratulations to all of you who have made it to your goal weight much respect to your efforts.
and to the ones on their way you are not alone. and lastly to the one who have been bucked off like a cowboy at a rodeo lets get back up and dust ourselves off and ride again.
