Yes, I'm an addict and Christmas cookies are my drug! Please help me back away from things that I know are NOT good for me. I've lost 100lbs since March so I've been successful, however, I don't want to be eating 2 or 3 cookies a day at work (or other carb based foods at home) Yes, personal accountability and willpower are key, but does anyone have any tips on breaking this cycle other than wiring my mouth closed?

Tough love...BACK AWAY FROM THE COOKIES!

But seriously, there are SF or Low Carb varieties that may suit you, they key is to not overindulge.

I want you to do this for me...for every cookie you eat; add 10 minutes of cardio.....you'll either be too sore to pick the cookies up or you'll transfer addictions to the treadmill.

That is so true! I forget how long I have to be on the eliptical in order to burn off the calories in one cookie!

Well luck is smiling down on you now, cause you will have an extra 30 minutes to remember.

If you must...if you just hafta gib in to da flesh...then decide how many you will allow yourself, increase your exercise and eat them before 1 p.m.
Christmas will go away but cookie-booty can be here to stay!

Wish you well. You can do it. Aint a cookie that daym good that you want to risk the progress you have made.

I love...and I mean I can make love to a butterfinger. For an anniversary gift, Big Daddy gave me a butterfinger. I like them just that much. I usually have some in the house. I only get the snack size because it is a smaller portion. When I want one, I get it. And I walk away.

Each time, they taste as good as I remember. Your cookies will do the same thing.

Wish you well.

It's all about attitude.  You know what you have done to loose the weight and you know how you felt when it was on before.  Wishing you the best.  You can do it!!
