I'm gonna have to go change it up. Time to reevaluate my exercise time.

Yea - James helped me reevaluate my exercise routine - that **** has been the BOMB ever since!!! I do a quick 5 min warm up on the elliptical - then my weight routine for at least 30 min - THEN 20 min of cardio at a MODERATE pace - to burn fat, you don't have to go fast!!!!  That shiot is AMAZING - I was always trying to RUN - but it's more like walk Forrest..... WALK!!!  LMAOOO

And he DID put it down!!!!  Chile so good that a ***** is REJUVINATED and up EARLY and ****!  LMAO...... I was dog tired and so I napped at the FIRST part of the night....... then he woke me up.....

I love that alarm clock of mine!!!!   LMAOOOOOOO

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Thats fine.. I can walk, hell I did a 5k for the 1st time in my life on Thanksgiving and my time wasn't all that bad, finished in under an hour.  I can do this. I actually LIKE weight lifting

And you don't have to go bragging and shyt..some of us are celibate these days

Wow, I decided to jump on BAF and lookie who is here.

You really need to eat breakfast. I remember from my pre-op days when the nurtritionist had me eating 6 small meals a day. I believe it was a meal and a snack broken down into like three meals and three snacks. There was also the importance of eating every 3 to 4 hours to keep the metabolism going. I remember the nutr. telling me that if you aren't eating correctly then exercise will be a waste.

In addition, be careful with McDonalds and other fast food places. Often times you will find out that the so called "healthy" stuff has just as many calories as the non-healthy stuff. Even the Chilli at Wendy's...although it may seem like a good choice because I think the small is under 200 calories and the large is under 300 it probably has a ton of sodium in it and thats not good.

You are off to a good start. With a little tweaking you will be well on your way. Be encouraged!!
