Well you wanted support doggone it you got support and At least you expected this because We already talked about your intake and until you get to the vitamin shop I suggest walmart like The Mack Mama said. You have got to up the food. Slimfast low carb drink 20g of protein. there are so many others at your disposal until you get your supplies you are going to have to up the protein and extra chicken breast on the salads. you need more. snack go by mickey d's get 2 chicken breast it is like 3.00 buck for 2. you have got to get it in for results and weight loss. I am happy that you are happy and that everybody is concerned this is what we come for.

Dam Garland, I am half your size and I eat more than you do. I have to agree with what has been said. If you don't start eating more and quickly your body is going to shift into starvation and start holding on to weight and your metabolism will slow down big time which will make loosing weight very slow if not impossible.

When it comes to the whole weight loss thing I'm a fan of KISS-keep it simple stupid. If i wanted to get caught up in those LONG disertations I would finally get my ass back into school for my Masters.
Hit me up with the important main points-I don't necessarrily need to know WHY it works, just that it does.
I am mad as hell though, my old trainers used to kick my ass on some cardio, like a 350+ woman could run! What the hell??!!!

LMAO!!!! Yea - yo old trainers was ****** with you for real - I have NEVER done more than 30 min of cardio - EVA!!!! Nowdays - a hot 15, maybe 20. Otherwise - I am in the BACK of the gym in the free weights section with my gloves on........
