My weightloss report and assessment (long)
While walking around the building a man approached me and introduced himself and told me he is a person fitness trainer and offered to give me an assessment.
keep in mind i never really knew how much i weighed. so he weighed me and to my surprise i had not gained as much as i thought i did. he showed me where everything was including the scale so here is my assessment as of 12-11-08
have been carying around felt like i had gained it all back and more. fortunately i did not thank GOD.
so here is the work i have been putting in since i started. "Cardio" 12-08-08 treadmill work 18:00 mins,
.59 mile, stairmaster 2:00 mins 6 flights, x-trainer elyptical 1:00 min.
"weight training/toning" 3 sets with 10 reps per set (pec flyes) machine
lateral pull down 3 sets machine
crossovers 3 sets dumbell freeweights
lat raises 3 sets dumbell
x-over lat raises 3 sets machine
combos 3 sets side mid front dumbell
shoulder shrugs 3 sets dumbell
shoulder shrugs 3 sets straight bar
total cardio time for Dec 8, 2008 (21:00)
total distance for Dec 8, 2008 (.59 mile) lil over half mile.
Dec 9, 2008 treadmill 18:00 mins .71 mile
stairmaster 2:00 5 floors
basically the same work out cardio and freeweights. for dates 12-9,10,11,12-08
however this is my overall time on cardio machines 1 hr 45 mins
overall distance 4 miles and 8 tenths
this is how i came up with my overall times and distance i record my time and distance daily and write it down. and add it up at the end of the week. so each day is accumulative.
however i incorporated swimming and abs to my workout. I swam 10 laps equivalent to 500 yards so thats 1,500 feet
and 3 sets of ab-work on machine

DUDE - I have been WAITING for this info!!!!!!
First - good job at staying committed to SOMETHING
HOWEVER................................
For 433 lbs - you are NOT eating enough - those 3 lbs are water weight and you will soon hit the 'wall' as your body will assume starvation mode and you will get tired, hungry and start to feel the 'battle' symptoms that may cause you to overeat very soon.
Questions:
1 - why are you skipping breakfast?
2 - are fast food options what you eat because you don't like to or are unable to cook?
3 - have you looked up the calorie count in those salads? or are you not using dressing?
4 - What's your plan for consuming the supplementation you are looking to buy? and are those vitamins going to be multivitamins? And BTW - GNC is not the BEST price place - Walmart has equally qualitied items for MUCH less - stretch your dollar man!!!
And NO - I am NOT the 'pat you on your back' type till you EARN that pat - and for ME - you ain't there yet! I'm a hard task master type mofo - feel free to tell me to step off and watch me respond to EVERY SINGLE FREAKIN POST you put out! I'm that type of annoying mofo!!!! Try to post when you THINK I ain't around - I got mofos that will TEXT ME to alert me to LOG in - so you can't run even if you ARE putting in cardio......
In short, Garland - I will be ON YO AZZ about your food until you 1 - quit posting and decide to give up and eat a choc cake, 2) quit posting cause you know I AM RIGHT and just don't wanna try or 3) attempt to work on a better nutritional program for yourself, cause what you are doing right now is starvation which will only motivate you in the short term - but is NOT the path to long term sucess in this BATTLE we all fight against fat.
I am awaiting your answers to the aforementioned questions and will be responding in kind once submitted........ *grabs rocking chair, waits* I got all afternoon - I JUST drank a SugarFree RED BULL!!!!

This indicates that you plan to keep on the 'Ghandi' plan you are on now..... NOT good - ESPECIALLY if you think you're going to start creatine supplements - you can't BUILD muscles that you are STARVING!!!!!!!!!!!!
Did you know that under a certain calorie count and over a certain activity level - the body will cannabalize it's own muscle tissue???? YEA buddy!!! So all that NOT eating and OVER exercising will GUARANTEE you a seat in the #1 - ER for dehydration #2 - STILL FAT AGAIN bus cause you will not build any tone!!!
And **** da pain of this foot in yo azz - Imma keep pushing you till I see some posts that make TOTAL sense and have TOTAL accountability - THIS WAS NOT IT.

A lot of the stores also have hot food bars, go there and get you some backed chicken or fish and some veggies. You are taking the easy way out as far as your food, playing the woe poor me role and I am not buying it because I know there are better choices and yes you might have to go out of your way to get the better choices, but in life we do what we have to. I am happy to read that you did not gain back all your weight back, perhaps that will be a wake up call for you.
You need to eat breakfast, it should not be an option. carnation breakfast is a good choice. Don't make the mistake of thinking, by not eating breakfast you will lose faster, you wont.
I hear you about being self motivated, but right now you might need to put that on the shelf for a bit and be more concern with doing the work, let someone one else pick up the title of the motivation coach.
