Ladies How old were you when you first?

Yes...... she did and she keep bring up this new transfer student (boy) in the 11th grade. I told her "Jessica he much to old for you" I took her to school one morning and she said "there he go mom, There he goes." as if she was showing me a movie star...lol  Carmel the boy had more facial hair then my husband

9th grade is a good age but, in moderation....i would say mascara and lip gloss.  i'd take her to say the mac counter and explain that you want her to have LIGHT MAKE UP and they can show her how to apply it to her face properly. 

i don't know if she has acne but, make up can either help or do harm. 

i am laughing to myself at this comment....tell her "Black don't crack" so she doesn't need a lot of make up

I don't wear makeup, the closest I ever came to makeup was lipstick a couple times and i'm 45. 

 Neither do I . I get the eyes threaded and wear a little colored gloss that about it for me!

But it makes your arch so much more pronounced (sp) and less painful then waxing!

I was 14 and in the 9th grade also. I wore lipstick, eyeliner, and mascara. Now I don't wear any make-up unless I'm going out. I also say monitor what and how much she wears. Show her how to wear it tastefully and let her know less is more.
