DAY 30, P90X PLUS, ONE FULL MONTH COMPLETE END OF PHASE 1

Congrats on going to school in January.  I love school but I think i'm just a little depressed right now.  I had a rough week and while today will bring me some relief after 4.  I will immediately have to finish up on a long paper that is due on Thur and do my last final on Thur as well.

I don't know why I am so down.  I really think it might be because of seeing people and not feeling good about my weight but i'm going to try to let it go.

Trust me its easy to get depressed when you are overwhelmed.  For right now just focus on your next immediate task.  Dont worry about next week or the next thing right now.  Thats the great thing about this board we are here to support each other.  We will have peaks and valleys but the important thing to remember is that we WILL make it to the other side. 

Give yourself just a few minutes to breathe deep and relax (I know easier said than done but at least try).  You are going to be just fine...actually better than fine!

Okay, color me clueless, but can you explain to me what all of this is about?

It is a extreme muscle building program.  If you want more info you can check out the website at P90X.com  or stay up really late and watch the infomercial. 

I have done it once before months back and I started the extended program again 30 days ago today.

Hey Lesia!  Congrats on Phase 1!  I'm getting ready to exercise in a few.  I wanna be like you when I grow up.

Don't be like me,  all I do is eat junk food.  LOL.   You need to be better than me and not just workout but eat right also.

I'm constantly impressed by you. Good job. I'm not even gonna lie, my Gay Boyfriends are in town this weekend and with the alcohol that will be imbibed...lets just say I'll get back on track Monday!

Aren't gay boys fun.  I lived with some for years and they kept me laughing constantly.    I actually fell in love with one.  LOL.  So what he was a queen, he was a beautiful girl.

I firmly believe every straight girl needs at least one gay man in her life. And this weekend I get my 2 favorite ones! I haven't met any since I've moved back home..safe to say my life doesn't have quite the same sparkle and my wardrobe could use some help. Gay boys to the rescue!
