Cleaning Products???
Anyone tried anything new that really works?
Time to buy cleaning products ~can you tell I"m working from home today~
I bought the scrubbing bubbles thingy that sticks to the toilet (LOVE THEM) versus the hanging things ~the hanging things really do get gross~, but DO NOT waste your money on that scrubbing bubbles hanging shower cleaner ~roll eyes~
I also started using 2000 flushes ~I think~ with the bleach and blue water stuff tabs....the Clorox Tabs and Ty-d-Bowl do not work together--your water will be green not BLUE
I never used toilet brushes---I always used disposal rags in my toilet, but now I use the Clorox Toilet Wand ~I totally love it~
They don't sell the Mr. Clean stuff Miz D introduced me to anymore ~I loved that stuff~ so I am back to scrubbing bubbles in the tubs.....
What do you use on your wood floors??? I want to try the Orange Glo Wood Floor cleaner and I am going to buy the Steam mop!
I also use the Lysol Automic Air Freshner things....they are WORTH the money!
I need to get my carpet cleaned ASAP!
I am taking down all curtains and drapes to be washed---and I am going to put my kids to work after school...tomorrow will be a non-cleaning day for me!

I love scrubbin bubbles for the tub, i use 409 kitchen for the stove, sink and countertops...oh my goodness i LOVE that stuff, it gets all of the cooking grime that splashes on the stove completely off with little scrubbing. I was thinking about buying that shower cleaning thing that you mentioned, but I guess that I won't since you said it isn't worth it. I like Kaboom too, but don't ever clean with Kaboom and bleach..did that once and almost passed out from the chemicals. I use the thing ( i don't know the names of this stuff) that has a long handle, it opens and you put this small square cloth thingy in it with the cleaner already on it, you clean your toilet, release the lever and drop the square cloth in the toilet and flu**** down...I love that thing...but sorry don't know the name of it...lol
how you doin today lady???
I am totally behind in my cleaning, we are on mandatory overtime and they are workin a sista!

Howdy,
I just tried out a few new supplies that I love. The Arm and Hammer no rinse shower and tile cleaner is the bomb.
I also bought the Soft Scrub foaming bathroom cleaner. I still stick to my Mr. Clean or Pine-sol, but for those quick clean-ups the Soft Scrub is really good and smells good.
I need to try the Lysol air freshner, for now I just burn the Yankee Candles for fragrance, or I spritz a little perfume on fabrics around the apartment.
For wood floors there is a secret that you wont believe. I used to work as a Custodian and the old school Janitors passed down the tricks of the trade as it related to floors and windows.
For windows use newspaper and windex to clean. You'll get a streak free shine everytime.
For tiled floors spritz a little Windex if you are buffing with a buffer. That is how hospitals get that glassy floor shine.
For wood floors, make up a solution of WD-40 motor oil and Baby oil in a spray bottle. spray a little on a dust mop and WATCH OUT THURR NW. Make sure that you test in an inconspicuous area first because the concoction may not work on the fake wood floors such as cognolium, only real old school wood. The stuff does not smell and will leave a gleaming shine, nor is it slippery when walked across, but still test first.
For detailing get some Scotts Liquid Gold, it can be used on wood and metal.
Happy cleaning\/
