What is too thin REALLY???
Go with what YOU feel comfortable with, I think when family and friends are used to seeing you larger and you get thin they would automatically think you are sick, but as long as you are feeling healthy go for that size 4. I personally would not want to be a size 4 since I am sort of tall at 5'8, I would look like a stick, I personally like my curves....
Thanks so much for your question. It seems that everybody must go through this. My family has/had me convinced that I should stop. My BAF family gave me good advice and continues to do so. Read a comment here today that really hits the nail on the head. Most are use to us fat and when we get smaller than them THEN we are told we are small enough but when we got BIGGER than them NOTHING was said. THANKS ALL OF YOU.

I've had people telling me that for the last 3 years that I was too thin and it did bother me at first but I'm loving my weight now and I do everything I can to maintain because this is what I'm comfortable with and like you I'm 5'8 and my weight stays between 142-145 I did 136 before and it did not look good my face started to sink in but I'm right where I want to be and where they wish they where and what anyone else says doesn't matter.
Go ahead and lose all the weight you want when you get good and ready. If you ever gain 5 lbs. those same folks will likely have a comment for that also.
Realistically, you will one day gain some weight. I dont mean 150 lbs. May God protect us all from this. Ameen.
Honestly, in another 12-15 years, will you still retain your current weight? It is possible. It is also quite natural to gain 10 lbs. in 10 years. Yeah right!!! I wish. To gain only 1 lb a year would be a lovely dream for many.
Still, you get the point. This is your WLS. No one tells your heart how much to beat per minute...No one tells you how many breaths to take an hour...No one tells you how many lbs. you should have or have not.
It is yours. Own it. Make it stank...(nuddin but good funk!)

It takes a lifetime for man to master the art of living, but living is much easier when he accepts God as his master.
