When is the last time you went to the dentist?????

I go every 6 months and in January I will have the invisigln (wasn't in spell check) ,clear braces for old heads. See the dentist that I had over 15 years ago didn't listen when I told her that my grill was shifting (black azz trick). Soon I will have back my award winning smile with my deep double dimples.

I went last month for  6 month check up, had to get a filling replaced...I feel u on the scaling. I had it done several years ago..hated it!!! since then i have gone to checkups and floss regularly.Thank goodness for dental insurance!

I always feel bad when people say I have a pretty smile.
If they only knew.....  I neglected the hell out of my teeth and when I started having real problems I was not insured.
Quiet as it is kept....Having Gastric Bypass can screw your teeth up if you do not keep up with your vitamins, etc.  Mal absorption is a booger.  If you don't have enough calcium eventually your body starts taking it from your bones.  teeth are bones....so it can happen.  Of course anesthesia can jack up "jacked up teeth"  I had a bad tooth when I went in for WLS 3 or 4 months last it began breaking off in places by the time I had my gallbladder out the whole tooth just came out only the root was left.   On the opposite side of my mouth the same area another tooth lost it filling and started decaying at rapid speed.  By this time no job no money no nothing I just did the best I could and used products that actually started slowing down the decay and the problems.  I started working in Sept. Insurance kicked in Nov.  I  just happen to have made me an appt for last Sat me and my daughter.  I was expecting a check up and a list of what they could do and how much it would cost.  Had one from 2 years ago that was discouraging.
I knew my insurance was lousy only paid 1,000 per person so I figured get what I can this year and then Jan it is up to 1500 and go from there. The lady came back and said your insurance will cover everything you need except your bridges.  we can do it today 50 deductible.  I was excited  I looked at the paper their prices amazed me for the deep cleaning it was 1/4 of all the other prices I had been quoted and so were the extractions which I was told that I need to see a surgeon because of how the tooth grew.  This little Asian Dr hooked me up. 
Now all I have to do is go back in January and get the bridges and pay my part.  So I say keep your teeth up....don't get all old and start having problems.  I will never go back to the way I was....every 4 or 5 years are when I for see a problem  ...every 6 months it is on.

I can blame everyone I what but I put the blame on me. Started having babies they got the calcium. Teeth started giving me problems always waited for them to go to bed. To take care of business someone would knock on the door. It's not like we didn't have to bathrooms.  2ND babies born stayed sick and I still didn't take care of the teeth. Know I could have stock in my dentist's offices(2) the scraping and gum disease that me. I have more brought teeth then my own. I guess they are my own and to finally answer that question usually 3x a year this year once. Hummm. The denture was getting big because of the WLS.
I keep on my daughter because she has the pretty white teeth
but cry the other day because she had two that needed fillings.
I have more fillings then anything. OH whoa me.

You'll stay on top of the teeth specially during and after child birth that the hardest time and the easy to lose calcium.

My mom and dad kept their teeth in a glass (of course I was a late baby, mom was 41 when I was born).  They drilled in me take care of your teeth or they will have to sit in a glass.  Needless to say I go to the dentist every 6 months.
