GAINED WEIGHT, EMBARRASSED TO SEE FRIENDS

Hi Yall

You know yesterday was great and all but dam I felt so embarrassed seeing old friends I hadn't seen since I was at my lowest weight.     I felt like all they did was noticed how fat I have gotten.

Becca kept saying how the hell do you feel so fat when you are wearing the same jeans you wore the last time you saw them.  BUT THEY WERE TIGHT AS **** !!!!
 
(I hate when skinny people try to tell you your not fat,  SHUT THE HELL UP)

Do you guys get like that?    You put on some pounds and avoid seeing people.


It really sucks.  

AND I'M GOING OUT WITH MORE FRIENDS TONIGHT I HAVEN'T SEEN SINCE MY LOWEST.   AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

(((LEE))) I don't try to avoid anyone.  That is a good excuse for me to preach my "WLS Aint Easy" sermon to them and let the BAF congregation say AMEN!

AMEN!!!  And praise the lord.      I don't try to explain to them how it ain't easy because I honestly believe people are waiting for me to gain weight and get fat again.   I think most people who had WLS has people in their life who are waiting for them to fail.

I get so dam sick of hearing,  oh my friend had that surgery and gained all that weight back.   Now I feel like i'm going to be one of those.   I swear if I didn't workout all the dam time I would have gained dam near all my weight back.

I agree that some people want you/us to fail at WLS.  You are an inspiration to me...Keep working out and doing the dayum thing.

MAN!! i thought i was the only one that felt like people are just waiting to say see she gained all her weight back!

I HATE felling like that but you look amazing and i wish i had the discipline and strength to do the px90 that you do. i watched the infomercial and got tired! LOL

the jeans got tight cause your legs are all buff now!

Nope your not the only one,  I know without a doubt that people are not just waiting for me to fail but constantly contribute to it.   They know how greedy I am and they are constantly trying to get me **** to eat.   Becca mom is #1.   Her as is good for it.  

I don't understand why people want you to fail so bad.  I want people to be thin but the thing is how the hell does it affect me either way if they are fat or not.  I'm hot either way,  but now i'm not because of the weight gain.  (it sucks)

the jeans got tight cause your legs are all buff now!    LOL.  

I only wish that were true.

I feel you..I avoid certain people because at my lowest I was 208 and I was loving every minute of it. But I realize that we are human and it is what it is. You have to hold your head up high and love the fact that you have come so far with the war over obesity. I know it is easier said then done but youlook great and from where you came from youlook great...That is my biggest fear. After seeing so many people lose weight I am sure I will get down a comfortable size but I wonder how hard it would be to keep it off.

It is so hard to keep it off.  I eat like a freaking pig and I feel like I have a right because I workout so much but if I could only get my eating under control long enough so that my body could get rid of this weight I have gained I would be ok.

Leeyou have to give yourself days..The lady at my job that had RNY told me that she eats healthy Monday through Friday, which you should od whether you had WLS or not..but on the weekends she does her own thing..You should weigh yourself every Monday morning to see where you are at with things or Friday before the weekend and if you did well than you could have a good weekend eating whatever..You have to try to get a routine going and stick with it... Also do not let it consume your life but also do not let go so that you do not lose yourself.. Put the greed to the side and carry a picture of yourself before and when you want to over eat look at it..And last but not least when you are full THROW THE FOOD AWAY..Buy smaller portions... I can go on and on but I guarantee I will be the same way.

Everything you have mentioned I have done at one time or the other.  I really have to get my head right.   I know my issues are in my freaking greedy mind.    It scares me that my head is going to make my body fat again, but that is where i'm heading FAST !


I try to work on my thinking all the time.  I keep journals, I make video blogs, I eat well, I eat bad, but in the end the corrupt mind wins. 

I really am starting to think I need to go to a nutrionist even though I think they are full of ****  But something has to work.  I spin my wheels and all i'm making is smoke, i'm not moving at all.
