...dealing with snow.  Sorry, I made you look.  When it snows in Louisiana, it usually melts as soon as it hits the wet ground.  So when it snows and sticks, we think we are in Minnesota (threw that one in there for Juice living in Frozenville)  I am not used to driving in the snow or ice so I will leave for work extra early today to deal with these conditions.  Have a blessed day everyone.

Good morning Faith!  You ain't used to the snow huh?  Well try living in Boston this time of year.  Girl, it is crazy, but I am used to it.  Today it is cold and tomorrow it will be colder... I know we are going to get slammed this winter, I am just trying to be prepared....  Have a great day.... 

By the way, have you noticed that it is snowing in places it has never snowed before?  Strange huh?

We get snow that actually sticks to the ground about every 7-10 years.  So, we are due.  We have had some strange weather patterns lately.  When you prepare, do you stock up on things in the event you are snowed in?

Nope!  I listen to the weatherman, if he say's "blizzard", "kids may not have any school", etc. that's when I run to the store.  The sad thing is it snows here almost every Winter, and every Winter I am caught off guard.  No salt, no shovel, no gloves, no hat, etc....  I live up north and no better....  LOL

However, a few years back, it snowed on April Fools Day!  Yep, that was our joke.  Not only that, it was a blizzard, no work, and no school, and to top it off, I couldn't get my car out nor could we even see the sidewalks/streets..  After that, I started taking the weathermen serious.
