DAY 29, P90X PLUS, School Stress almost made me not workout

Morning Yall
Man it is so hard working on on these cold mornings. I get warmed up really fast but it is just hard getting started. I was thinking though, I better keep my workouts in the early morning because if I don't I will find excuses not to do it.
So today I did cardio, cardio, and more cardio. I finished one tape and decided to do another to make up for the M&M's I ate yesterday.
I am done today, but I will do sit ups later. I have been slacking on my situps, but I am going to get back on them again. 500 situps a day.
I did mine, did you?

I will return to the gym this evening and complete my ab training along with 30 minutes on the treadmill. I feel myself getting stronger. Yesterday when I did the weight workout, I was flying through my reps and were able to get a few more than what was expected of me.
We just got 24 hour access to the hospital gym on yesterday and I plan on using this to my advantage. I now do not have an excuse to skip Saturdays (they used to close at 1 p.m) and Sundays. Once I completely build my strength up, I plan on somedays to workout in the mornings and in the evenings.
