IM DOING WELL TOO.

I DID MY 3RD DAY AT THE GYM TOOK MY VITAMINS

BREAKFAST - 1/2 CHEESE AND HAM OMLETTE
LUNCH/DINNER - CHICKEN POT PIE - 4OZ
---I NIBBLED ON IT BEFORE I WENT TO GYM. THEN I WENT TO CHURCH CAME HOME AND ATE A LITTLE MORE
CRACKERS AND CHEESE TOO
12OZ OF SF CHOCOLATE MILK
LOTS OF WATER

SO TODAY. ITS POURING IN GA BUT I WILL BE BACK IN THE GYM FOR DAY 4 CUZ THIS WEEKEND I PROBABLY CANT MAKE IT! IM EXCITED!

I did pretty good yesterday.  Eating was on point.  I just didn't exercise.  I've been running around after work and I get home too late.  I probably won't exercise tonight either since we have our Christmas party.  I'm off tomorrow, so it's on all weekend.
