What's up yall???!!!!!  Ya girl did FANTABULOUS yesterday...... food was on point and I went to the gym DESPITE THE SNOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dats RIGHT Laverene, Rhonda - I got into the GYM!!!!!  so back up off me!!!!  LMAO

I paid for that workout tho - was up three different times during the night with leg cramps.... DAMN!!!  Dats aiight - Imma do it AGAN today!!!!  AND I got my Carmen Electra 'stripper' workout DVD in the mail yesterday -- IT'S ON!!!!!!

Yesterday I ate:
B - protein shake
S - protein bar
L - turkey chili, crackers
D - shrimp fried rice, general tso's chicken leftovers from Monday
S - 1/2 ham sammich
ETA: (ok - I ain't tell the whole story) - 4 soft batch choc chip cookies

And my bourbon nightcap of course - that's automatic errrryday!!!!!

I did ok yesterday.  Ate healthy, got in my 70 ozs of water and took all vits. 
I had all intentions of exercising but a little drama came out of nowhere and I got side tracked 

I'll be back on the grind today!

I did my morning ritual whi*****lude  my workout, vitamins, good breakfast and lunch.
Problem occurred before I left work, I bumped into about 5 cookies, a few grapes, some doritos. So I am on my game today, no workout today because it is my rest day but my eating will be on point..

Good Morning All!  I am still very sick so I haven't really had much of an appetite... Which is a good thing...LOL!  Let's see I did do 55 oz of water yesterday and I had some peanut brittle and peanut butter crackers   I don't know why I can't stop eating  junk.  I will work harder today (maybe because the brittle is almost gone) 

I haven't worked out at the gym this week but I have done my abs and squats at home.  I snuck on the scale yesterday  I was down 11 lbs.  I have met my goal!!! but I am going to continue with the challenge.  I will do better today!

I did all liquids yesterday, and will continue that today.

My menu for yesterday:

B - Coffee
S - Cherry Lemonade Protein Shake
L - French Onion Soup
S - Slim Fast Chocolate Low Carb Shake
S - SF Jello
D - Chicken Broth w/unflavored protein.

And in between all of that, I was getting my water on!

Did a few situps before I doubled over....think I'll stick to the Walk DVD's for right now.

Let's keep it up challengers!

Good Morning #1MM,

I am reporting for duty!  I got my workout on and I needed to because I had a frito chili cheese pie for lunch.  I also went to the gym in snow flurry conditions.  I was the only one there beside my trainer. I did get in 48 ounces of water.I plan to start the Protein Train possibly on Saturday and if not this coming Monday for a minimum of a one week. 

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

Ok, yesterday was the best day I'v done so far since beginning this challenge

I did about 30 min of cardio and here's  the food breakdown

Breakfast: Slim fast shake
Snack: Banana
Lunch: piece of chicken with green beans  and corn
Dinner: Slim fast shake

I just happened to have the shakes around and haven't been all that hungry so sipped them down.
