I appreciate where you are coming from having gained weight myself. I know you have a tall mountain to climb but you can do it. I have a dam mountain myself and i'm working on it every single day. Only if I could stop eating junk food. Oh only if.
Anyway dude, I am so here for you. I know your struggle is hard but you can do this.... again.
BUT -------- can you give us a daily menu of what you're eating? All you said is that you are making 'healthier' choices - for lurkers that may be in your position - that's not enough detail to help them understand your full program....................
I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions! I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Much respect to you for sharing the pictures and your personal experience post WLS.
You are not alone in this struggle because honestly this surgery is a stepping stone for everyone in the fight against obesity. If WE dont change the habits that contributed to gaining the weight initially, everyone will find theirselves in the same boat .
I can relate to your struggles and am cheering you on to win this battle.
Congrats on making better choices and doing that 1/2 mile walk, each day push yourself just a little bit more. You have my continued support.
