I have stopped making excuses and taking action.

I completely love your posts....not because I am regaining but, because it puts the reality of this disease right out there.  When you are dropping weight the first few months and the first year.  A person will almost think, "I never need exercise again".  You certainly show with candor what happens when you don't stick to the healthy changes you should be making.

Garland are you a flight attendant?  The reason I ask is because you have to be skinny as hell to be a flight attendant here and you were looking like you could knock some drinks over dude.  LOL.   No offense but dam it's just true.

I appreciate where you are coming from having gained weight myself.  I know you have a tall mountain to climb but you can do it.  I have a dam mountain myself and i'm working on it every single day.  Only if I could stop eating junk food.  Oh only if.

Anyway dude,  I am so here for you.  I know your struggle is hard but you can do this.... again.

I think he drives a bus Lesia.  I recall reading that on his profile and seeing pics.

Garland, my best to you on your continued journey!

Hey Garland!!!  Keep it up man - good to hear it's half a mile walking....................

BUT -------- can you give us a daily menu of what you're eating?  All you said is that you are making 'healthier' choices - for lurkers that may be in your position - that's not enough detail to help them understand your full program....................

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Garland,

Much respect to you for sharing the pictures and your personal experience post WLS.

You are  not alone in this struggle because honestly this surgery is a stepping stone for everyone in the fight against obesity. If  WE dont change the habits that contributed to gaining the weight initially, everyone will find theirselves in the same boat .

I can relate to your struggles and am cheering you on to win this battle.

Congrats on making better choices and doing that 1/2 mile walk,  each day push yourself just a little bit more.   You have my continued support.
