My band is tight in the mornings so I stick with liquids until late morning. So I'm sipping on a Strawberry Slim Fast shake as I type.

I thought about some oatmeal but since I've been slack on protein count, I'm having a cookies & creme whey protein shake.  Just bought it.  Never tried adding protein powder to my coffee, it will help.
