I'm gonna to try to hang with you grown folks to get my body together.  Plan to drink my liquids and get some exercise in today.  Haven't planned food yet.

Doing good here I got my body fat % last night when I met with the personal trainer...it was not good...40%...and the MOST it should be for my stats is 33% So for more reasons than this challenge, I'm stepping up my game Already doing classes 4 nights a week (Body Pump, Pilates, Zumba, and Yoga) so now I'm adding 30 minutes of the bike and/or eliptical to that 4 nights a week...if I don't fall the hell out first

Thank you for your post the other day...and you're 100% correct...body fat is WAY more importsnt than your actual weight

  Glad to know it helped!!!!  Now - don't go all out on just cardio - you need weight training to build those muscles - THAT'S what helps lower your body fat %.......

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I'm limited with the weights and impact stuff because of ortho issues with my foot...so for now I'm starting out mild on the bike to work my muscle groups where I store the most fat...my thighs and then some of the classes I do will help strengthen my hips, and azz (where I also store a lot of fat). Thanks...I'm in research mode right now so I appreciate any and all input

No excuse about working out Mack... When Gilad is waiting for you on Fit Tv.... That is reason #152 why I don't have a gym membership I have no excuse when I can work out in the comfort of my own home 24-7. If I can get my eating down pack like my work-out I would be a-ok....

OK!!!  I get it!!!  No excuses...... geez!!!!  LMAOOOOOOO

Imma straight up ask punk azz plastic surgeon today if there is ANY FREAKING thing preventing me from an all out body assult on my abs - cause I am about to start a workout routine that will make me hate my own azz!!!!  I gotta get this damn stomach thing figured out!!!!

I took a water pill yesterday after I hit 191 on the scale - this morning I was 185 - so there is some fluid issue for real.......

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

I did awesome yesterday!  Ate good, drank a ton of water, all vitamins, got my workout on!  I was feeling pumped yesterday, and then......

my behind rolls out of bed today in pain and an hour late!  But I'll keep pushing.

Also...didn't James H say something about the order of your workout?  Do you remember what he said about it?

of COURSE I remember what the Zen master taught me!!!!!  LOL

For the order of the workout - you should do a 5 min cardio warmup (elliptical is my suggestion) then move on to at least 30 min of weight training THEN do 20-30 min low and slow cardio (treadmill) at not too fast a speed to keep your body burning fat. 

i used to do all my cardio THEN weights - so I had to switch it up!
