I did excellent yesterday - kept on track!  Didn't get to the gym - weather turned bad than a mofo and I headed home!  I will get in this afternoon tho - am taking off 1/2 day today at work so I can renew my DL and see the punk azz plastic surgeon about my stomach. 

Just finished my protein shake for the morning, about to get the lil chica off to the bus stop and then pack my turkey chili for work - looking to get in about 80 oz water today.... oh!  and vitamins before I walk out of the door......

How bout yall????!!!!!

And speaking of harrassing, what the heck do you mean you did not go to the gym because the the weather turned bad? Now I am from Texas so I know darn well the gyms there also mean that you are out of the weather so can you please explain that one to me??

LOL!!!  See - you got jokes!!!!  Since you from Texas you also know mofos down here don't drive worth a shiot when it rains - SO - leaving work took twice as long as usual and I still had to get babygirl from the daycare - my gym time would have pushed me past her pick up time, so I just went home........ make sense NOW????!!!!!  LOL

I am getting an exercise DVD from Netflix today - so I will try using that one at home - no excuse not to have done Gilad yesterday - I got tons of him on DVR - ok, ok, OKAY dammit - I WAS JUST PLAIN LAZY YESTERDAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Morning! Yesterday was ok, but no exercise we got a bit of a snow storm as I was coming home from work so I settled in for the night.  I'm taking today off for a funeral and should be able to get some exercise in.

I'm doing GREAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My eating was good yesterday, took all my vitamins, drank 70 ozs of water, and....thanks to Treena, I hit the treadmill last night (even though I was kicking and screaming)
