My progress report
This is my 3rd day back in the saddle and i can honestly say that i have made more healthy choices in the food i eat and liquids i drink.i have been in the gym daily doing alot of cardio and weight training, and GOD only knows the amount of stairs i have climbed. tonight i will have my co-worker/best friend to take some pictures of me i will post them up a.s.a.p.
I have a long way to go,and and ton of work to be done and i beleive the hardest hardest part will be the psychological part of my journey so i am gonna take baby steps and 1 day at a time. my goal is to be bigger,stronger,faster,smarter, and just about anything that ends in"er" than i was before i fumbled the ball.
and to those people who beleived in me before the fumble, i want to say i am sorry that i have let you down but you can bet your sweet #$% i maybe down but i am "not" out. so dont count me out
your boy is back NEW AND IMPROVED. and to the ones who never stopped beleiving in me my cheerleaders, i want to say thank you.

I am so happy first of all that you are honoring your word to your self..
As Cookie always says....to they ownself be true.
You don't owe anybody anything but God and yourself.
You doing it will be encouragement to get some other people like me off our butts.
It makes nodifference how much you gained or how far you fail....It is knowing that you did, accepting that you did and picking up the pieces and forging a head.
This is good effort this week. Keep up the good work. Keep the journal going and the motivation.....You cannot be a motivational coach if you are not motivated. So I say Cheers to you We are proud of these few days and time is what will tell you where you are in your Victory.

Ok, Garland, I am going to need you to be a little bit more specific, forgive me, I am just anal like that when it comes down to exercise.

A lot of cardio equals to what, 10 minutes on the thread mill, 15 minutes?? what is a lot?? I am not saying to kill yourself, but I just think it is best not to be so vague.
weight training? Break it down for me please. All that other stuff about new and improved, bigger, stronger, faster, smarter is just verb-age that fills the page....if you going to do this, lets do it right.

Now you can tell me to back the hell up off you and I will do so, however you will never read a post from me, sugar coating saying, Yea Garland, you did great today unless you show me what greatness you did.
