New Whey Liquid Protein Blue Raspberry w/ grape juice

Hi,

Those are my main source of protein since surgery.  I tell everyone to try them.  I have tried them all, but I prefer fruit punch and grape.  I am to the point that I don't even mix them with anything, I just takem straight to the head..lol.  But that's me.  In the beginning, I used to mix them in crystal light.  The grape mixed in lemonade crystal light is good, so is the fruit punch.  They are the best thing on the market in my opinion.  Quick way to get all that protein in....gotta luv it.

They actually sell them at walmart here and I tried the fruit punch flavor.  I didn't know I should mix it up and since it was called a shot that's the way I drunk it...um please don't do that.  It was the nastiest thing I ever had .  Once I recover, I'll try it again mixed with water or something.

I tried the fruit punch flavor and thought it was nasty.  I did not mix it.  I may try some of the other flavors and see how they are.  It was too sweet to drink straight.  My tastes have definitely changed since surgery.  I can't tolerate anything overly sweet.
