Yeah, you right about that.  He needs another brother to pull him aside....

Yeah,

I'm having the same problem at my job. I'm a young black male and I admit you can tell in the way that I dress that I listen to rap music. However there is a young brother up here that I want to pull aside and tell him to do better. We work for a pretty big company and homeboy is looking like a bum up here and it is bothering the hell out of me b/c I know he's trying to move up and he is a pretty thorough brother on the system and what we do but holmes need to get his apperance together. He has a t-shirt on w/ his wife beater hanging out and everything. I almost want to put a pic of it up here. I'm gonna halla at him later on b/c enough is enough and I don't want to see him hang his self.

Smile for me.........

Don't get me started on "US".... The building I work in house another law-firm and I can almost guarantee when one of "US" get on the elevator they work on the "16th" floor.  Hands down the colored hair AND raggedly weaves AND the way they present themselves they work on this particular floor.

I was at the grocery store the other day WHYYYYYYYYYYY do you wear "HOUSE" shoes to the grocery store WHYYYYYYY?????  WHY do you wear rollers in your hair at the grocery store WHYYYYYYYY????
WHYYYYYYY we gotta be so loud???? WHYYYYYYY????

Why do people think we have to identify with that schitt....hell, I don't even identify ~beyond DNA~ with half of my siblings ~there are 8 of  us~....the hand-me down sister, the I can't get a job brother, the I just don't understand schitt sister, I do NOT identify with that SCHITT.

True, I am GHETTO....I shall not LIE, but I am no longer in the ghetto frame of mind ~there is a difference~

Be more concerned with your character than your reputation, because your character is what you really are, while your reputation is merely who others think you are!

I guess that too many of "us" live in a Ghetto state of mind.  I mean, I understand "keepin' it real", but Keeping it real stupid?  I don't get that at all.
