Listening to Rhonda and Trina, I found FIT TV and worked out with Gilad.......
LAWD, LAWD, LAWD......my WHOLE body is HURTING!!!!!!!!
WTF was I thinking!!!! That 30 minute workout was for abs, thighs and buns..and it was NO JOKE!
I will be right back at it today! LOL
BTW - I didn't here from some challengers yesterday. Send your results...good or bad....to me on the BL. We are all in this together!

I will be in the gym tonight - got a new playlist to work out to - so imma KILL it!!!!!
Shooting for 80 oz of water today - about to pack my lunch for work, already got the vitamins in and planned all my meals for today - I'm READY!!!!!

Yesterday was ok, I did have a bag of baked lays (130 calories) and raisins w/dark choc chips. A handful.
I just finished my workout. 40 minutes on the arc trainer and I worked on my back.
Breakfast 2 boiled eggs/3 strips of bacon
Lunch- beef soup
Dinner- grilled chicken breast and veggies
Snack- oatmeal/apple
Had all of my vitamins
So far 32 ounces of water at the gym

I did my weight workout yesterday at the gym. I was so excited because I was able to get through the reps quicker without feeling any pain. I am no longer sore.My food choices were on point. I still have to work on my water intake.

I had to take a day off, I went to the gym and got happy on the elliptical, and next thing I know, I was hurting all over! I have to get it into my head that I cannot go as hard as I used to, at least not yet, I am going to have to work back up to that again....*sigh*
My eating has not been great but I have been making the right choices today.
