Multivitamins, Super B-complex, Calcium Citrate +D, Biotin, Green Tea Pill, Omega 3

How many grams of protein have you had?

61g so far

What are you eating for lunch?

Turkey Meatloaf, Squash

Exercise?

BTW, Calcium like resting bones.  Be sure to take your last dose of Calcium before bed.

Yes, my labs are good.  The ice keeps me away from the Lay's potato chips they seem to have in abundance around here.

- 4th glass of water, I am on a ROLL!!!
- all vitamins, multi, B, Omega and fat burner
- 32g shake, 8g in milk, protein bar with 15g turkey salad with about 11 or so - so about 65g so far
- turkey salad, crackers

- looking to do a stripper workout DVD at the crib tonight.

Breakfast- oatmeal-2 slices of turkey bacon
Lunch- homemade beef soup.
Dinner- fish of some kind
30 minuteson the ellipitical trainer, glutes and upper body workout on the weight machines.

now,

1 cup 8 oz water and that was a stretch

21g protein - shake I made

one small bowl of special K with splenda

vitamins multi pre-natal and heyal nawl I'm not preggers,
Biotin, iron, b-12, b complex, vitamin C, A&D
 
exercise getting in and out of bed and going up and down the stairs to the kitchen.  I've been sick the past few days and don't have the strength for anything else.

Hi Sweetpea !


Water -  a lil over a gallon so far...  also 32 oz coffee and 36 oz lemonade

Vits:  2 prenatals, 1 prescription iron, 1 folate acid, and citrate ( another round of prenats and citrate tonight)

Protein:  70 grams so far (2 extreme smoothies)

Lunch:  had a protein shake and 2 sf jellos

Exercise:  went to the boxing gym this morning and burned 1000 calories in an a one hr class...
(they are killing me up there, but my pink gloves are sharp LOL)

Val, how in the hell do you handle 2 prenatals....I take one only...three days a week....it may be MENTAL, but I tell you, they make me HUNGRY!

Hey girl !

They used to make me hormonal, but I guess it wore off lol.  They are small and easy to get down.  I guess after 4...almost 5 years, I am used to them..
