Multivitamins, B-1, B-complex, B-12 sublingual, Iron, Vitamin C
still need to take Calcium Citrate +D, Vitamin D, Osteo Bi-Flex, and Flaxseed
How many grams of protein have you had?
25g in my protein coffee
What are you eating for lunch?
Weigh****chers meal
Exercise?
I am behind on this, too (trying to clean my house, cook, catch up on BAF and finish my book)
Will do thighs, calves, abs, and obliques and just maybe a few miles on the treadmill.

My dog was my freaking alarm clock this morning, she started to bark at 4 am, by the time i got up to see what that ruckus was about, I said, I might as well go to the gym, so I went to the gym and had a good work out.

Dayum.....how do you suck down so much water so fast. I just got in about 30 ozs and I'm at home doing nothing! Laying on my bed with my laptop is hard work though!!! lol

With a straw. No joke...it goes down way faster. And I have a BIG straw. Plus, I am at work no later than 7am....so it's all I do all day!
ETA: But you are too early out to sip through a straw....give it a lil while and just get as much water in as you can.

I've had about 45 ozs of water, roughly 40 g of protein, all vitamins except for my last set of calcium (will take tonight)
