Does it ever end?

Ok I am not that old but when I was younger I thought things would be so much different than they are now. When I was a teenager there was cliques and messiness everywhere. I could get outta of high school fast enough. Then when I was in my 20's nobody knew what the heck they were doing and once again people had nothing but mess with them. Now I have hit my 30's and I look at people my age and older and it seems like its the same thing. Does it ever end? Do people ever grow up?

Hi (((Andrea))),

IMO, it doesn't end and some people don't ever grow up. My advice to you would be...do you and to not let anyone still your joy.  Have a great day!

People are so worried about what they eat between Christmas and the New Year, but they really should be worried about what they eat between the New Year and Christmas. ~Author Unknown

That is easy...  NO.

Sad but true.  Sometimes I think it's worse now then when we were kids.  At least when we were kids we didn't know no better.  I've learned that people don't really change as they age.  For example, I found one of my old girlfriends on Facebook.  Haven't seen the chick in 10 years.  We planned to meet up last week for a couple of drinks.  She didn't show and I haven't heard from her yet.  That's the same mess she woulda done in high school.  We weren't friends anymore for a reason, I guess.

TiffanyG  Some people are out of your life for good reasons.  And I know you're glad she didn't show up because I am sure there would have been some mess behind it.  Take it as a lesson learned and if and when you here from her let her know you didn't appreciate being stood up and no we can't go for drinks!

Yeah I understand. When I left High School I left all those people behind for a reason. Except one person. That is it.  I was glad to get out. I will not be looking up any of them on Facebook, myspace or any other place.
