SLEEP - you nassy mofos - SLEEP!!!!!!

I was talking with a friend who had WLS this weekend and neither of us gets too much sleep without 'help'.  Now - before WLS - both our azzes would drop into Z land without ANY provocation.......

I have done a couple threads about drinkin, pills and such and most folk seem to complain after WLS that they can't get any sleep!  Whaddup with that?

Where my googlers at? - any studies done to look into this shiot?  I mean, I am starting to think it's a true blue 'side effect' of WLS........

Those of you who ain't gettin none - are you tired the next day if you don't sleep or are you okay, you would just RATHER sleep than be up?  I'm contemplating giving up the 'help' for a week to see what happens.....

that's only 6 hours!!!!!  Was that your sleep schedule before WLS?

I remember reading somewhere that 6 hours was the spot on number for number of hours of sleep you should get.

Nope, I also have sleep problems.   I get to sleep ok most nights.... but don't STAY sleep long enough.  I do good if I sleep 4 hours straight.

Ambien CR is my BEST friend!

I can't get a doc to 'script me for the hard stuff - they see my druggie azz coming a mile away......

MM, ur still my She-ro!! I still fall a sleep like a person with narcolespy, 1 of my friends swears by Ambien, another loved that liquid crack post surgery to knock her out. I think it was Hydrocodone, I gave her mine!! So I get plenty, sleep that is

MM Stop frontin we all know that you are a perve *****h! lol! Now on a serious note I have really bad issues with sleep cause it's hard for me to sleep, and when I do all I need is 3 to 4 hrs., and I am good! I know that's not healthy, but I think I am gonna google it, and see what I can come up with.
