Morning Yall

I did my workout earlier and forgot to post, lol.

I tell you I think I need some of those LL steroids to get the results I am reall looking for.  I look in the mirror and I look exactly the same.   I guess I will have to take pics to see if I have really made any difference.

I will continue to work hard for the next 2 months and see what I look like when I am done.

I hope you all have done your workout today.  It's Monday.

Good Morning Lee,

Gone with your bad self!  I have not done my workout yet.  But I have my bag packed and ready to go to the gym today.  I just posted my "before" pictures.  I will take "after" pics either in 60 or 90 days.  Check them out.

Morning Faith.

Hope you have a great workout.   I have to do papers for the rest of this day so i'm glad my workout is done .  

I will check out your pictures.   Don't know if I will be posting any at 30 days because I really do look the same.

You are not objective...we will let you know what WE see....lol.  Well I got cardio in yesterday.  My knee is still not feeling right.  I did heat last nigth and anti-inflammatory.  I was hoping to get back to bootcamp tonight and will see how I feel when I get home.  But if its a no go then I can still get in cardio on the elliptical.  So I am still gonna bring it one way or another!

Hey April 

You should not be putting heat on that knee especially if it is imflamed,  it requires ice to cut down on the inflamation.  When you use heat it makes it worse, because it increases the blood vessels and the swelling.  

When I tore the ligament in my knee last semester I kept putting heat on it and it was hindering the healing.  So my therapist told me that to help it heal I had to ice it until the inflamation was gone.

Seriously if your knee is bad you should take a few days off, you don't want to damage it so that you can't finish your program.    That eliptical is not good for a sore knee either.

Guess I need to give myself a couple of days.  Hmmm maybe I can just do my bootcamp Ab workout today since tomorrow is my rest day.  Maybe by Wednesday I can be back on track.

Elevation
