Hey Kim! I did lose 1lb this week....but the scale decided not to show it this morning... it's cool though, hopefully it'll show that plus a couple, two, three more next week!

Hello Kim my weight this morning 188 that's a loss of 4 pounds.
I was pretty good with my diet, exercied 6days, 3 days of weight training, cycling class 3 times a week and varied the cardio the other days.
Going to work this week on better food choices and increasing my water intake oh yeah and getting more sleep.
