206.5...down 0.5 but I will take it! My life has been full of very VERY bad news for over a week and the stress is taking a toll on me right now I have faith and hope that it will get better...but right now life is not so good

Morning Kim!  I'm still holding at 196.5

Last week was tough!  I'm trying to kick my coffee habit (lawd, give me strength).  Exercise was little to none, so I wasn't expecting the scale to move, and plus I went to The Cheesecake Factory .

Will do much better this week.
Life is not about making it through the storm....but learning how to dance in the rain.

Got on the scale last week Sunday....I was at 273.1  Drum roll puh-Leeezeeeeee..........As of yesterday......264.2.  

I'm feelin like a freekin supa star!!!

           Day of surgy:396  Current: 242  Goal: 200

Good morning!  I lost 2 lbs. 

I exercised 4 times last week.  I got in all my water everyday.  I got in 90% of my vitamins.

I still have things I need to work on.  I didn't eat too well on Friday and on Saturday morning.

My goals for this week:

At least 100g protein daily
Less than 50g carbs daily
At least 80 oz water daily
Exercise 5 times this week (Tues, Wed, Thur, Sat, Sun) - at least 30 mins per session
