E-O-Y Challengers....Shout it out!

It's Update Monday!!!!!!!

How did you do?  You can shout it out or hit me on the BL with your numbers for the end of our first week of the challenge.

Did you get the desired results? 
If so...that's WONDERFUL....

If not....then take a minute to reflect on the things that you could have done better.  Not only reflect on them...write that shiot down...make a list if you have to.  Post it on the fridge so the visual will be a constant reminder to do better this week! 

So, with that said....here's my results:  The dayum scale did not move!!!!!! 

...but, no gain is also good. 

My list of things to do better:  EXERCISE, EXERCISE, EXERCISE

I only got in 3 days worth for the week...which for me, was OK for the first week, seeing that I had been slacking for a little while.

I also slipped up two days with eating the wrong things.  I confessed about the dayum Lorna Doones a couple days ago, then I turned around and messaed up again last night....SMDH

Lastly, I need to up my protein intake.

I WILL be making a concerted effort to do better on ALL of the above for this week...

Don't forget to also list the things you did well with too. 

My vitamins and water intake was GREAT....**patting myself on the back for those**

So today is a new...and BETTER week.  LET'S DO THIS!!!

My weight is the same. I am making a concerted effort to do my best. I will exercise 5 days and not eat any bad carbs. My place is carb free but not my workplace.

Good Morning Kim, Treena & EOY Challengers:

I talked all that smack about proper food choices and I ate a couple of slices of cake. 
I had lost two pounds by Friday morning but they are back this morning.  I must work harder on the weekend since it looks like this will be my down fall.  I am proud that I made a step in the right direction as far exercise.  I had put off joining the gym with personal trainer for some time now.

My goals for week two:  I will return to the gym today to resume my workouts.  I need to stay away from carbs they are the devil and I must up my water intake.

Hey Kim!!!

I did what I was supposed to do - I see the jacklegg surgeon today - my stomach area is on a rampage with the swelling - if I didn't take the **** test, I would SWEAR I was preggo..... this mofo BETTA have an answer for me today dammit!!!!

Anyway - Will be on the ball today - turkey salad and turkey chili are on my menu for the day - aiming for 70 oz of water, and of course all vitamins and such.....

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......

Holding steady at the same weight. Somehow last week I ended up at a Starbucks everyday and I finally sat down and looked up the nutrition info. Yikes-White Choclate Mocha is the devil I tell ya!  Anywho, this week will be better.

Last week , I didn't lose any weight but I didn't gain. I eat all wrong but...that was last week. On the upside, I worked out 4 days.

I 'm about to take my vitamins now. I did 20 minutes cardio and 30 minutes weights ( legs,butt and tummy)

4:30 am ( before gym) a cup of low carb yogurt
b- boiled chicken breast and cabbage
s-protein shake
l- pork roast and broccoli
s- low carb yogurt
d- baked fish and broccoli
s- 2 cups popcorn
