My first day back

My first day back was not as bad as i thought it would have. i did 15 mins on treadmill .75 mile
2 minutes on stairmaster i must admit that stairmaster is a monster i clunked out in 2 mins.
next time im going for 2:01, i rowed  2 mins as well. my stamina needs improvement.

then i worked on shoulders 3 sets of lateral raises, 3 sets of bent over lat raises, preacher curls and alt curls 3 sets each. reverse dips 3 sets. overall i think i did ok for not being in the gym often.  it can only get better.

i ate a small cup of wendys chilli in the afternoon and a chicken caesar salad at panera.

this is only the begining.

Congrtats... it's ok if you clunked out after 2 mins, you been out of it for a minute. 1 step at a time, you'll get your stamina back...Keep it up, I get to hit the Gym in 2weeks, cant wait

Garland, You made the first step and that is what is important.   But thisjourney will be a very hard one for you and considering the weight gain are you considering talking to someone about it?

I have gained 30 pounds myself and I feel like I am in a mental hell and like I will never get it off but I am trying and I wish you all the luck in the world at getting yourself back on the right track.   It will be very hard but you can do this.
