E-O-Y Challengers......are you ready for week two?????
Hey Kim,
Week 2 is off to a good start. I just finished my workout (I worked out 4 times this past week). My goal is to work out 5 days this week. I have finished 32oz of water so far and took my multi-vitamin and iron. I even managed to get in a little extra protein already. I'm excited for this challenge. I can't wait to see my results!

I'm doing well with my eating, water and vitamins but not my exercising. I have a horrible cold right now or maybe a virus that my daughter had last week so I've been sipping hot tea and going to get some soup in me. I can't smell or taste and my throat is sooo sore but I'm still ready to do what I need to. I am doing yoga stretches for my arthritis and fibromyalgia but I haven't done any aerobic exercise. Thanks for the encouraging posts.

Monthly bloating gained 7 POUNDS(dayum!!!)Lost 4 pounds, gotta lose 3 lbs this week and then I guess week 3 will show some progress. However, I did work out 2x a day for 5 days this week and I feel really good. Once I lose this water weight, I will feel much better. Today I am not eating everything in sight so I guess things are getting back to normal.
This is going to be a good week.

WELL. I MADE A CONSCIENCE DECISION TO WORKOUT AND EAT RIGHT FOR THE WHOLE WEEK. WHEN I SAY EAT RIGHT I MEAN. SOMETIMES I GO WITHOUT EATING!
I WENT TO THE GYM TODAY. NO JOB SO WILL BE THERE TOMMORROW MORNING AT 730!

EOY means..End of Year
BTW, I sometime go without eating as well. I will drink coffee all day. I would not recommend it..especially early out. Especially if you have vitamin issues(like me) and your blood work is coming back bad. I learned just 3 days ago that protein in my coffee still taste like coffee. So at least now when I dont eat I still get my protein in.
