E-O-Y Challengers......are you ready for week two?????
Okay....one week down. Whether you did well or had a few slip ups...it's all good, cause now it's time to look toward week two.
Get your shopping and cooking done so you will have your plan in action...with NO EXCUSES!!!!!
Maybe you can sit down for a minute and jot down your plan of action. Stick it on the fridge as a reminder of what needs to be done for the week. List what you will be eating and the days and routines for your workouts. Also stick a before photo of yourself next to it. I know that will keep me on my task! LOL
Whatever you need to do to stay on track....DO IT!!!! It will definetly pay off in the long run for YOU!

I've had a few slip ups this week including yesterday evening...I could not resist my Mom's chicken and dumplings and cornbread. My plan was to start the PT on tomorrow but I have a Christmas party to attend on Tuesday night, so I am not going to set myself up for that one. I will however resume workouts at the gym tomorrow. I hope everyone has great week two!
