You know I've been struggling with how to set my goals since I'll be laid up most of this month, but I've decided on these:
Drink 70 ounces of water every day,
Drink at least one protein shake per day,
Limit myself to ONE pepsi per day,
Take all my vitamins once/twice per day,
Follow all of my ps docs post-op instructions (at least until I leave my momma's house )
I'll send you my numbers on the bl--even tho I'm not sure if I'll lose any weight with the swelling, etc.
