I'm hanging in there Kim, long hard struggle this past week.

I am on Napster right NOW 'cookin' up a new playlist - got about an hour before I drop babygirl off for her field trip - then it's the GYM for me!!!!!  Imma rock a whole hour of weights and cardio to my new  slammin azz track selection!!!

Drinking my 32g protein shake now - def 20 oz water while I am in the gym, will get another 60 in during the day  and will be on the lookout for the Soft Batch Keebler demon - that mofo is STALKIN me!!!  But imma hide today......   LOL!!!!!

Oh yea - and all vitamins as usual......   no excuses cause it's the weekend!!!!!!
