Being big and beautiful, my hair has always been my glory so I understand how you can feel...But my nurse made a good point...You are losing lbs and the hair would come back... It is a damn shame that the price of weave went up in the past year..lol..But you are a beautiful woman either way

GIRL WHAT!!!  I got one lil ole MEASLY track in the front and it was $25 extra.  I can't imagine what a head full of weave costs.  LMAO

Yes Girl..One of my girlfriends is a beautician and my sister is in school for hair now..Not to mention my BFF is the queen of weaves and she wears expensive hair...I love going to the salon and paying $30 for my hair plus a tip. But after WLS I plan on trying new styles.

See, you live in DC ~lol~

No, really, some people charge per TRACK and that could end up being 200 or more....

I go to a good salon and pay 70 for a full head of weave....it last about 6-8 weeks....however, the ones that charge per track....normally gurantees the track to last up to 3 months with a bi-weekly maintenance.

I'll take the 70 weave and still be fly like a mfer....I'm rocking my 14 dolla 3/4 wig <<<<

girl you can't tell it has some tracks, but i really think that it is inevitable that our hair will shed with our without vitamins and protein.  I lost a considerable amount of hair and it is JUST now trying to recoup. Still not as thick as it was pre op, but it is on it's way.  So you weave on girl, your hair is still fly!
