Bro. down, Bro. down
Getting back in the game after dropping almost 100 pounds. Just to see weight gain again, went from 320 to 232 . I went back up to 286 and trying like hell to get it back of. Seems like this weight doesn't want to leave. I dropped down from 286 to279 back to282 up and down. It's driving me crazy I was trying to lose about 15 to 20 pds before Dec.22. Going in for rotator cuff repair will be out of the gym for awhile other than treadmill and maybe legs . Don't know where I'm going wrong, my eatting has gotten better and I'm doing cardio about 3 days a week. Need some help bad. Bro. down, Bro down.
wow...for me to come BAF this morning and to see three brothers down is astounding to me.
(But I congradulate my boyz for confessing when they're down)
Us Brothers??? We fall down...but we get up again. Get up my friend...brush off the dirt and dust...and continue to "press toward the mark"!!! (Press toward the mark with the food-log of course though...)
Okay, we have two Coreys, which are you? Are you little Corey (had surgery at 18)? Yeah, I'm part nosey LOL
But please know this happens to the best of us ~sigh~ It happens for many different reasons and pat yourself on the back cause you just took a BIG step admittance.
So, let's move on to phase II and get back with the program...start by joining BAF's End of the Year Challenge!
Help has arrived, get'cho asse up, Mahn!
