I totally agree about the body fat.  I have been weight training now for over 3 months and I have only lost about 5-10 pounds but have dropped a size.  I weigh more now 185 and wear a solid size 10-12.  In the past My weight was as low as 170 and I was in a 14-16. I know body fat is very important and nothing helps more than weight training.  I too have a body fat scale, it's sorta accurate, but I think the best body fat measurement at a reasonable cost is by a personal trainer with calipers.  They clip different areas of your body, the fat at these areas and calculate your body fat.  The last time I had mine done about a  month ago I was 20.6.  I am going to get it done again tomorrow morning. I can only afford a trainer once a week, LOL.  And he cuts me a good deal because I have referred alot of people to him, so he does my body fat for free. The only problem with the calipers is that they clip your most fatty areas, LOL. Be prepared for them to clip your back fat, your stomach, your hip areas. I still hat for him to clip my flabby stomach, LOL.
Also realize that cardio alone is not good.  You can actually loose body fat by doing too much cardio.  It happened to me, that is why it is very important to measure your body fat.  It can also tell you that you are not drinking enough water.  Before going to get your body fat done make sure you drink plenty of water the day before or your number will also be off.
Hope I did not bore you all.  But I am a true believer in measuring body fat and staying off that darn scale so much!!!!!
Have a great day all, I am on my way to see Anthony Hamilton tonight, wearing a sexy black top to show off my new arm and shoulder muscles

I am not afraid of tomorrow,

LMAO!!!  Don't freak out - losing weight can mean losing fat - but not necessarily all the time.  Depending on the chemistry of what you eat while you lose, and your activities, sometimes you lose weight and are losing MUSCLE - which is what you dont' want to do.

however - in the beginning of WLS - you don't have enough muscle to make a bit of difference!!  LOL - so you just have to make sure you start a progressive exercise routine from jump - so that you are cardio and then working weight training in to keep your loss balanced.

Confused yet?  LOL!!!

I don't just have issues, I have subscriptions!  I'm saving on the newsstand price.......
