E-O-Y Challenge Day 5
I am completely sore as well. But, I think it is an excuse for a new bed (great Christmas gift to myself)
Anyway today was good. I got up earlier jogged to the bakery for the family. Completed my weight training by 9 am. Biked a little extra in the afternoon before getting my daughter from school. I ate a little sloppy
Oatmeal ( my first love)
Stuffed pepper for 3 meals (it was a big pepper)
2 pieces of chocolate (odd no dumping 1st time ever)
The big woo hoo is all Vitamins and water down and it is only 5:30 pm here for me that is great I can never get tha****er done.

It is a great feeling (other than feeling like I have been in a wreck) to exercise. I know the soreness will pass. I will peep in on the board this weekend and try to touch base. Hopefully someone will still make the EOY post for Saturday and Sunday. I think I can count on Mack Mama to do that. Have a great weekend!
