1. Your first iPhone with AT&T will only cost you $199.
2. Drop that mofo in some water (like I did on Monday) and you will have to pay $399 for a new one.

- You can surf BAF
- iTunes
- iPod
- Really nice Apple Apps store
iPhone Cons.....
- POS if you are hard on phones
- Can't sync Microsoft Outlook
- MOFO will lock up...google "iPhone update 2.2"
- Doesn't support Microsoft Apps
- Calls drop all the time
If you buy from Apple or AT&T you can only extend the warranty. Introduction to liquids will VOID the warranty. I think the extended cost is $69.95.
If you buy from Best Buy you can opt to pay an additional $15/month and you can smash that schitt up all you want..they will replace it. I'm not sure what the deductible is.
I'm hearing nothing but awesome things about the Storm....but that also happened with the first generation iPhone. Look up reviews from www.cnet.com and the site that the other poster suggested. Those should be helpful.
I paid the early termination fee and canceled my contract with AT&T. I'm getting a new Samsung Touch...with a "she can't stop breaking schitt warranty".

Even though I'm hating on you due to the fact that you're a "Juicy-Juice" hater, I'll overlook it.
(Just this once)
Seriously--My Iphone has managed--somehow--to attach itself to my right hand and my hip. Sporadically, it'll leave it's "Host" for a short while, but even then it simply hovers around me--always within arms length.
(it's bad. Wifey won't let me set foot in her car unless I put it in the glove compartment. WITH THE SOUND OFF. A ride to the supermarket lasts FOREVER now. You should see me going into withdrawal--and then breaking into a sweat when we reach the parking lot!! Stomach flipping and ****!
(ooh! let me not kick up people's **** up in here!)
ANYWAY....
You DO get the occasional freeze up at times, but then, all computers do...and as someone has already mentioned, with the update, I've had none. That's another draw for me when it comes to the Iphone--it's constantly improved upon WITHOUT me having to upgrade to another phone....or tax bracket!
(Keesh--you mentioned the whole MMS thing--don't give it away just yet, lil sis--there are only a few cellphones that don't have their OWN email address. have your friends send you a pic from their phone to your regular email address. Then, you'll know what that person's CELL PHONE email address is. That's how we've gotten around that little obstacle)
Another big draw --for me-- is the multitude of applications available in the App store.--it's ADDICTING--and I'm unsure whether the storm has this feature. Anyone (who is so inclined) can program an app for the Iphone, and once they're given the green light by Apple, can release it. I've gotten SO MANY, and they do just about ANYTHING. If you can, look into what the "App Store" has to offer--I'm sure that any hobbies you may have are addressed by some program made by the App Store.

I bought an iphone the 2nd day they came out and I have not had one problem. (knock on wood) the iphone is an amazing phone other touch phones have come on the market but they do NOT touch the iphone. Check them out the prices have come down since they were first released I think you can purchase one for as low as $250? Go to the Apple store and check one out. You will fall in love with it.
