E-O-Y Challenge Day 4...What's Up?

Hey Treena ( can you send me the details about the challenge ) 

Im trying to get back focused....

Yesterday for lunch, I had a huge salad with grilled chicken,  boiled egg,  tomatoes, cucumbers, walnuts, parmesan cheese, black olives and creamy italian dressing.

Also had some salted cashews after work & about 24 ounces of water......

Skipped dinner.....

It wasnt a perfect day, I could have eaten more and I need to add exercise,  but Im getting closer to feeling in control.

Just wanted to post.....
