You post-ops are so motivating...They say a pictures says 1,000 words and that is the truth..It is funny how for most of us a pictures was the reason we are doing what we are and of course other reasons...But when you see a picture of yourself and how huge you are you start to make changes...This site has really helped me understand what I have to look forward to, the good and the bad...You have done very well and keep it up.
