Givin' up the goodies after WLS...

I am two weeks and two days out from surgery and at my first post-op visit Dr. Schoen told me that I was a great healer and surprisinly that I could have sex.  The visit was only nine days after surgery...is he serious?  I didn't mention this to the hubby though cause frankly.....I'm scared.  My surgeon has no idea how blessed my man is. 

Our relationship has been rocky for a long time as it is but now he's mad at me because for the past two nights he's been trying to get at me and I have told him I'm not in the mood.  He really has been turning me off lately the way he's been reacting towards me and not being as supportive as I thought he would be, but on top of that...I am scared.  I am not having any pain and don't want to do anything to cause pain. 

He is not giving me the effection that I want cause he wants to have sex but I just want some effection and support that's all for now ya know.

  I did it 'early' with my big D daddy at the time.... busted an internal stitch!!!!!

aint nuthin wrong with affection and support. I'm sorry to hear that he is not holding you up in this journey. But I say if you dont feel comfortable, dont do it, this is all about you! It's your journey, and when you feel the time is right then yall can go at it ...
