You always got something going on your life is never boring. LOL. Ok here is my .02 cents.  I work for an insurance company in the credentialing department.  What we do is check providers credentials to make sure they are who they say they are. It is very extensive the background checks that we do.  We pull EVERYTHING. This industry standard. I say that to say this. If he is working at a Doctor's office and billing insurance companies TRUST ME they have done their homework on him.  Not to say he isn't suspect. What he did was way outta of line and he can have his license pulled for that. An option for you to do is call you insurance company speak with a rep and tell her you want to file a complaint. They have to research it..  It doesn't matter what state he is in or goes to your license follows you.  If something is not on the up and up they will report it to the state on your behalf.  If I were you I would do it because you never know who else he may do this too.
