CONGRATULATIONS TO HERSHEY DREAM...again...

This bird is indeed the Blue-winged Teal.
I was trying to throw Hershey Dream off by saying that this bird doesn't have any "blue" on it's wings. But the blue on the wings can be seen a bit more easily when the bird is in flight...as you can see by the below pics.
